The MCV Ego was a model of van-based minibus bodywork produced by MCV from 2006 to 2007 on Iveco/Irisbus LoGo chassis.

The Ego was launched at Coach and Bus Live 2005, and fully launched at the 2006 Euro Bus Expo. Designed to replace older step-entrance vehicles such as the Mercedes-Benz Vario, the Ego was not a success and production ceased in 2007.

The Ego body had MCV styling on the sides and rear, but the front section carried standard Iveco styling.
